By booking a divination service, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

  1. Payment Prior to Reading: Full payment is required prior to  the reading. I accept Venmo and Cashapp under @ElspethLenormand, and PayPal under ElspethLenormand@gmail.com

  2. No Refunds: All payments for divination services are final. Due to the nature of the services, no refunds will be issued once payment is made. Please ensure that you are fully committed before proceeding with your booking.

  3. For Entertainment and Guidance Purposes Only: Divination services, including card readings, astrology, and other forms of spiritual guidance, are intended for entertainment, personal reflection, and spiritual growth. They are not a substitute for professional advice in legal, financial, medical, or psychological matters.

  4. Personal Responsibility: You are responsible for any decisions and actions you take based on the insights gained from your reading. My services are meant to guide and support, but they do not replace professional advice or counseling in critical areas of life.

  5. No Guarantees: While I aim to provide insightful and accurate readings, I cannot guarantee specific outcomes, predictions, or results. Divination offers guidance based on energy and potential, not certainty.

  6. Age Requirement: You must be 18 years of age or older to book and receive divination services. By booking a session, you confirm that you meet this age requirement.

  7. Confidentiality: Any personal information shared during the reading will be kept confidential.

  8. Behavior: I am committed to providing a respectful and supportive environment for all of my clients as well as myself. I ask that you approach sessions with respect and consideration. Any behavior that violates this standard may result in the immediate termination of a session without recourse for refund.
